We're Building Our Exercise Yard!December, 2007 - Update! Sorry about the late update, but we did get the fence finished. Here are a couple of pictures. Like many of our projects, this one isn't quite completed. We'll add the tops to the posts in the spring, as well as a couple more loads of topsoil and some shrubs.

Joe and Mark Toole's backhoes, ready to take on our yard.
We had to remove a couple of trees. One was in the way of the dump trucks. A couple were removed so they can't fall on the kennel or the fence. Risk management!
The lawn is so soggy, the backhoe just sank into the ground. We're also going to add a bit of drainage around part of the kennel.
By the afternoon, there were 15 loads of fill and we'll get the gravel for the surface tomorrow.
